This issue consisted of two double-sided discs containing the <span class="plainlinks">[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pr%C3%A9lude,_Choral_et_Fugue_(Franck) Prelude, Chorale and Fugue]</span> for solo piano, by <span class="plainlinks">[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/C%C3%A9sar_Franck César Franck]</span>.

The work is divided into three sections, played continuously:
